I had to post some pictures of Gunnar and Elijah. This is Elijah's favorite new thing to do. He loves to ride on the front of the skateboard with Gunnar. I also had to post a few picture of Gunnar doing some stuff. I am always giving him a hard time about riding that thing telling him he is not 15 anymore he's going to break something! But you know how they are they think they are able to do the things they could when they were younger. I was pretty impressed when I saw the pictures. I was even more excited that I could catch it with my new camera though!

New Camera

I can't figure out how to turn this picture!!!

Hey, my sweet husband just bought me a new camera. I have had my eyes on it for quite some time and we finally were able to get it. I am going to post some pictures of the past few weeks. There has not been to much happening around here. The house should be ready in about two weeks and we are so excited. I think this might be the longest two weeks ever! We are so blessed to get to stay where we are and are so thankful but we are longing to get settled and back to normal life.

Well it's been an interesting summer in the Johnson family. We've spent most of the summer moving to different places. We have now kind of settled at the Grubbs and feel so blessed that they have given us this place to stay. We have all been spending a lot of time at the pool. Little Elijah loves to swim he is so cute with his little floats on. He has no fear of the water, which is the complete opposite of his sister who was afraid of the water until this summer when she took swim lessons.

They are coming along on the house and it looks like we will be able to close in about 3 weeks. They put the yard and carpeting in this week. They were finishing painting yesterday and the appliances should go in any day. We are really excited and can't wait to finally settle in this year! Thank you for all of your prayers during this transition.

Moven on Up!

Well we have officially moved out of our house. We are now staying at the home of a family at church. They have a two bedroom apartment over their garage that they are letting us stay in. They also have a beautiful pool which we have already tried out! They are out of town for the month so we have the whole house to ourselves. God has truly worked out every detail with this whole transition. We were able to get everything out of the house today. We will spend next week over there cleaning, fun! They are putting the kitchen and bathroom floors in today at the new house so they are finally working on it again. Please be praying for the kids during this transition. I think little Elijah is wondering what the heck is going on!

Elijah threw his cars in here after I cleaned it out. He climbed in to get them out and decided to stay in there.

We had VBS and the theme was western so Katy dressed up like a cowgirl.

Well it's been nearly a month since my last post. There have been so many things going on around here. We are in the middle of getting everything packed up to be out by the 20th. I had no idea we had so much stuff! We are packing up the kitchen today, I think that's the hardest part.

My grandmother was here looking for a place to live for about 2 weeks. The kids really enjoyed having her here to play with. She was also a lot of help while we were getting things packed. Our new house should be done in early August. Be praying for the kids during this transition. Elijah seemed to get a bit upset when we started taking his toys outside to put in storage.
