Moven on Up!

Well we have officially moved out of our house. We are now staying at the home of a family at church. They have a two bedroom apartment over their garage that they are letting us stay in. They also have a beautiful pool which we have already tried out! They are out of town for the month so we have the whole house to ourselves. God has truly worked out every detail with this whole transition. We were able to get everything out of the house today. We will spend next week over there cleaning, fun! They are putting the kitchen and bathroom floors in today at the new house so they are finally working on it again. Please be praying for the kids during this transition. I think little Elijah is wondering what the heck is going on!

What a "fun" adventure. . .really, I pray it is fun for your clan there, and that everyone will have great memories of the adventures of moving from house to house to house!! Sounds like a nice set up, though, if you have to move between houses. I had friends who lived in a 1 bedroom glorified hotel room (extended stay) place for about a month with their two young girls while their house was being built . .NOT a fun place to be with kids!! Blessings on yours!

This time in our lives reminds me of the Stephen Curtis Chapman song, "Saddle Up Your Horses, we've got a trail to blaze." This is a glorious adventure and God is so good. Praying for all during this time of transition. I am especially praying that my crowning glories will be exemplary houseguest. What teachable moments we will have! I love you all!

We are praying for you! Remember to call in reinforcements anytime you need a break. Uncle Jeff and I will come swim with the kids while you guys go out to dinner, movie, coffee, barnes and noble or if you would to go see the house. We love Aunt and Uncle time!
