here are some before and afters of the kitchen. These two were taken before we moved in but the counters were in.
This is the new kitchen I know I put two of the same picture but I didn't feel like redoing the whole thing so it's on there twice! You can kind of see the color we painted it brown sort of the color of coffee with creamer. That's the best way to describe it.
Last week we had our kitchen updated. When we built the house the builders price for granite and the tumbled marble back splash was outrageous!! So I did some investigating and found that we could have it done ourselves for less than half the price. We had them put in the counters that were free (and hideous). They were white they went all the way up the back too. Last week we had them put the granite and back splash and it really warmed up the kitchen. I thought I would put some before and after pictures.

wanna come paint my kitchen now? i cant stand white walls (or, off white in my case). i love warm colors...like your coffee with cream kitchen. i just hate to paint! :)

Yes, we moved back in April. We were in Euless and now we are in Grand Prairie right by Joe Pool Lake. We love it. We are at the lake pretty much every weekend.
We should all try to get together for dinner one night. I know it's hard with all of the kiddos though :)
