As a stay at home mom I get to spend a lot of time playing with my kids at home. I am so blessed to get to do this. Little Elijah's favorite thing is to play with balls, especially basketballs. He will play all day long with them and everywhere we go he says "ball, ball, ball" it is so cute. He sees a circle anywhere and he thinks it is a ball. He loves to play with basketballs, so we get him a little one that is his size but he really likes to play with the bigger one. He hurls it over his head with an amazing ability to hit his target! He loves to throw things that includes food!! We are working on this but sometimes it is so darn funny that he can hit things across the table that we are trying to say no without laughing. He gives us this big grin with his little nose wrinkled, he is so proud of himself. One of his new things is climbing on the Kitchen table. The other day I looked over and he was on the table. Now he likes to throw things up there just so he can go after them! After having two girls it is so different having a boy. I don't remember Faith or Katy doing most of the things I find him doing. What a joy it is to see what new thing he is going to do each day. It's quite an adventure around here.

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God. I John 3:1

I love that boy! I am going to load his keester picture tonight to my blog! I love seeing him sit on the table too! Let's do lunch soon or come hang out the next time they show your house!
Hey Missy! I got to your blog through Susan's blog. I don't know if you remember me or not, but we were in the same grade at FWC. (By the way, I find that I have a freakishly good memory of people, so I won't be offended if you don't remember me). : ) Anyway, your kids are super cute! I have seen them before on Susan's blog. I have a little boy who is 20 months old, and he, like your Elijah, is a big time climber! He is also obsessed with balls. I don't have any girls for comparison though, so my boy is all that I know.
