Today I decided to attempt to cut Katy's hair. Those of you who know me well know that this is a huge jump for me. I love her long curly hair but it was kind of getting scraggly looking lately. I was at my friend Diana's house this past weekend and she was telling me how she cuts her daughters hair and has for a long time. I got to thinking hey I have been cutting Gunnar's hair for going on 8 years and it is a lot more than just a straight line!! So I asked Katy is she wanted me to cut her hair today. She sweetly says "Its up to you Mommy" I've been planting the idea of cutting it in her head for about a month now. She was so excited as I was cutting it, it was so cute. Now she is going around the house singing about her hair. She says "Faith will probably think I'm older" She is so sweet. Let me just say that it is harder than it looks cutting hair in a straight line! I think it is straight but I don't think anyone but me will be looking that close.
I peeked in on Elijah playing in the play room and he was in there feeding the baby in the highchair. I included some pictures from the other night while the kids were with Lynnie too.

She is CUTE!!! I love that grin! I tried to cut Colby's hair one time. We went straight to my hairdresser's place the next day for her to fix it. Didn't go so well. You are good!
